Finishing

We use a custom mixed catalyzed lacquer on all of our products. This guarantees a water resistant, high quality finish that will remain glossy for the lifetime of the product.

The station requires multiple spray guns, a compressor, ventilation, and a great deal of floor space to marshall products for spraying. Safety is an important factor here as the lacquer is airborne and readily combustible. Fire suppression is essential, along with an accessible eyewash station, respirator program, and employee training.
